Data we collect on this website

• Visiting the site: our hosting and analytics providers process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site and to give us anonymous visit statistics. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
• Contacting us: if you use the contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email and what you write, and use them only to reply and arrange the call. Our email and scheduling providers handle this data for us. Basis: taking the steps you ask for before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for analytics or advertising. If you open the booking calendar, our scheduling provider manages its own cookies and lets you choose which optional ones to accept.

Data we process for our clients

When a client connects one of its accounts to a service we build or run for it, for example a WhatsApp Business account through Meta's platform, we process the data in that account (such as messages, contact details and business information) on the client's behalf. We use it only to provide the services the client has contracted. The client is responsible for this data, and we act as its data processor under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep data

Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Enquiries are kept while we handle them and any business relationship that follows. Client data is kept for the length of the contract, then deleted or returned to the client.

Where data is processed

Some of our providers are based outside the EU. When they receive personal data, it is protected by the safeguards EU law requires, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data, or to object to or limit its use, by emailing [email protected]. This includes deleting data we process through Meta's platforms: tell us the email address or phone number it's linked to, and we'll handle it together with the client concerned.

You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
